Ordering Policies For United Greeks

Once you place your order there can be no additions, changes, or cancellations.

The only way we can locate an order is with an invoice number.    Please have your invoice ready when you Contact Us with any questions.

All orders are custom made therefore there are No Returns.

If we letter a garment incorrectly, we will fix the mistake at our expense.

We recommend that all lettered garments be washed in cold water using regular detergent and laid flat to dry.  Never use bleach.

Once an item has been worn or washed, it is considered accepted and cannot be exchanged.

Ordering Policies For Individual Orders

We require full payment at the time you place the order.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

We do not ship C.O.D..

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please make them payable to United Greeks.

Your order will be placed on hold until we receive payment.

There is a $25 returned check fee.

 
Ordering Policies For Group Orders

We require a 50% deposit, an authorized purchase order, or a "credit card pre-authorization" to begin processing a group order unless other credit arrangements have been made.

A "credit card pre-authorization" does not actually charge the amount to your credit card.  It reserves the amount for us on your credit card until we receive either a check or money order.  If we do not receive a check or money order by the time the order is ready, then we proceed and actually charge the credit card with the order amount.

Production Policies

There are no rush orders on sewn or embroidered clothing.

Please Contact Us to find out if an order can be rushed and any rush charges that may apply.

All orders are shipped out of our factory in New York State.

Please allow extra time for shipping if your garments are being sent across the country.

All items are subject to an over/under run of 10% charge.

Group order pricing reflects a 4% cash discount.

Unless you select stock artwork, it is your responsibility to Contact Us  to discuss artwork.  If you do not respond and approve artwork in a timely matter, your order will be delayed.

The customer assumes all liability for approved content (including, but not limited to, text, artwork, and photographs) and warrants that all consents required by law have been obtained prior to submission.
